Thermwood / eCabinet Systems

I joined, downloaded the program a few days ago...I also downloaded the cabinet libraries. When I go to install the cabib library files I get Error 1334...I've attached a picture of the error. I reinstalled it even, clicked repair. Does anyone know what to do? I sure hope so haha
