Re: clamping spoilboard instead of vac
Ray, I haven't had my spoilboard off in a couple years, but arent the plastic standoffs under it already tapped into the pan?
Could you pull some of those and use a wood dowel spacer with a hole through it, and then some plastic or aluminum bolts?
I have a job doing something like your talking ...

Re: eCabinet Systems Software
Hi Scott,
Can you share if there are any improvements to the line drawing area, specifically being able to print to scale, say on 11x17 ,24x36.
I am at a y in the road and need to make a pretty serious decesion in the next couple weeks as far as software.
Thanks for any help..

Re: Is youbuild.com going to be like production sharing???
I have been saying it for years, thm should stop e-cabs in its tracks, and then start improving it or start over, and charge for it.Even write posts for other machines.
I for one do not want to loose the one phone number for machine and software, but there are things in e-cabs that need brought up ...

Re: Lock Dado Joint
I guess what I would have to ask is, IF Home Depot has the joint, why would it not be available to us? Especially machine owners?

Re: Dovetail Drawer Stock Thichness
Will,
I made a granite display box for my showroom, it is basically a standard drawer box for us.
5/8 baltic birch, dovetails, and a 1/2 plywood bottom.
It is about 40" wide, and 14" deep, and 4" high.
It has at least 175 pounds of quartz and granite in it, my son and I picked it up full the other ...

Re: Dovetail Drawer Stock Thichness
Hi Will,
We use 5/8" baltic birch, you will find most undermounts set up for 5/8".
Good baltic birch works great, stays flat machines well and finishes nice, we offer a upgrade to solid wood, but have not had a taker for years..
And I am talking fireman to doctors, they dont seem to care truthfully.

Re: Drawer Front hole patter
I'm with Neville,
I would gladly pay my share for improvements, its that or give it to some one else, and THM has been good to all of us and I would rather give them my money.
I have been saying this for a while, With the economy what it is, I cant see router sales supporting e-cabs alone. I am ...

Re: error when opening e-cabs
That did the trick Scott, thanks..
Luckily it was on my laptop that I normally only use on job to get room layout's.
I can do a backup off my desktop and get everything back up to speed.
Thanks Again..
