Thank you, Brad, I have a test on the table by mimic a cut on the same dimension sheet. Only smaller by 4mm at each axis.
And read from graphic, the cutting is shifting to x+ and y+ by 15mm. So the question is what shall I adjust for the home position. There is a home offset mentioned in manual but ...

Actually, the cutting on Y axis is shifted upwards by 1 inch. not enlarged.
do I have to adjust the fixture offset? the bed dimensions are right.

Used C40 setup problems
Hi, I have just bought a second hand C40.
After installation, there are several problems,
First, cutting on y axis was over by 1 inch.
Then I tried to normalize all axis without c marker realigning, on
Y the encoder counts home to cmarker is 005455, home to ramp 009464.
