Ok, so we bought this CS-45. As mentioned in a previous post we will probably never use the vacuum table part of the machine, so we bought a 3/4 inch thick aluminum plate and placed it on the table.

This is a case of not looking thru enough pages. I did in fact find where one needs to press F10.
This control is much different than our C50 which has been upgraded.

Not sure of the version, but I think it is 6.

We do not make cabinets, strange huh, we actually make windows. I have one job that needs holes drilled and slots machined in an aluminum frame. Both heads function independently and will do what I want as separate programs.

You can do that, I just used .2 thick nylon sheet and made another one...OR you can request a replacement from Thermwood, they have them.
