I'll give the issue to the software engineers, however there is a more preferred way to go about what you're doing. Part of the issue is that Rotation is unlocked so the stretcher is allowed to rotate with any change. However, locking rotation forces a 90 degree rotation. The better way would be not...

My initial guess is that you copied data from one computer to another, but didn't get everything. You can rerun the installer for the items available here http://www.ecabinetsystems.com/ecabinet_systems_updates.htm.
