If I have a stile that's designed to cover 2 - 11/16" sides that are side by side, then that stile needs to be 1 3/8" wide, right? If I design for 3/4", then the stile would need to be 1.5" wide, right?

For the hinge, I can see that they have a depth of 13mm on the negative thickness and they are on the left of the Y axix. Render shows the pattern as I expect.
I've poked around some, but I don't yet see how to make a french cleat out of the top nailing stretcher on my upper cabinet. Can anyone point me to the proper place to put an edge profile on a stretcher? Related to that, what are the proper angles that should be used? I was just thinking 45 degrees ...

I'm using China Birch for the cabinet box and it has a true thickness of 11/16"
I read or saw on a training video that I should specify 3/4" for the material. I'm afraid I can't find the reference to that piece of advice and I am, quite frankly, suspicious of it.
That video was an excellent example on laying out a cabinet, using the formula (f(x)) Editor, Opening Locks, Associations between parts & partitions, the Part Editor, the Constraint Manager and the Advanced features of the Stretcher Editor.

I do see several patterns in the standard directory there. The first one on the top is hinge-blum-angledcliptop-bore_3.ptn and there are many more there. Nothing that tells me that hole pattern x will work with vendor y ...
