Have you been able to resolve this issue?
I have had a similar issue on my Model 40.
Removing the profibus card ( the one in the PCI slot with purple cable ) and reseating it could help.
Sometimes there is just a bad connection.
This could happen if the control cabinet was moved or ...

I am needing to assist a customer to tram (re-align) the head on his Model 67.
Can anyone perhaps share the PDF walk-through that is on the Model 67 for tramming the head.
