Re: 7.04 extra edgebanding images
Is there an example of the new edgebanding images, and are they dictated from ecabs? The information would not be available from a .dxf output from CabinetVision?

Re: CS40 Cutting Parts Slightly too Small
Every time this happened to our machine it was because the diameter of the outline tool was incorrectly setup. It would make parts larger or smaller depending on what way the incorrect number was inputted.

Re: Off-Fall Cut-through Depth.
Yesterday afternoon was the first time we experienced this random cut depth on a sheet good. Only happened to one machine so far. We inputted a manual panel that was 30x96. During the outline of the off-fall, the cutter went down 1/4 into the the wasteboard for about 6 inches along X. Happened ...

Re: Off-Fall Rectangles
We are consistently running material where the length of the piece can be utilized for any recuts for that job, or nested for future jobs to save on material. If the material is being cut into small chunks, it is far more useless. I have found a small work around by changing the size of square in ...

Off-Fall Rectangles
Good afternoon,
I updated our two Thermwood's Control Nesting software to the latest version. Since the implementation, our off-fall have been taking different shapes. Before the update, our off-fall was taking the shape of large rectangles spanning the length of the material. Now, the long length ...
