I want to cut 2 rectangles , side by side out of a panel. I want to fix the distance from the panel end to the outside corner of a cut out. Not a problem with CM. I also want to fix the distance between the cut outs. Again, not a problem. But when I resize, I want to have the cut outs resize ...

Re: Rebates with lip cutouts
Jason,
when I need a rebate beside a cut-out, I offset it .1mm. That way, the machine cuts them separately with the standard tools.

Re: Improve Dust Pickup CS43
Kerry, looking at your pile of dust on the floor, I built a tray 4ft long & 12" wide/deep with 1 long open side facing the table. It sits alongside the table just below the home position of the router. When I blow off the table I do it towards the tray, & the extractor pulls it out.

Steve,
offset the shallow cut out by a fraction, .1mm so that the software sees them as 2 separate cuts.

I hope you got it cut , Kerry. What I do there is make the thro cut as 1 pocket, then offset the rebate .1mm out from it. Works fine.

Re: Drawbar up switch has not opened
Thanks for the replies. I've had low air/no air in the past, & a toolholder sticking. This time it would release the tool but not make the final push that seats it in the rack. With tech help, we established that S1 was faulty, it inputs as s2 on the F6/F3 screen & was constantly on, inc. when the ...

No, it seems to be a faulty sensor.

Re: Problem with the PE causing Ecabs to close
Scott,
Faulting applications ecabinets.exe. version 6.0.57.0. faulting module ecabinets.exe. version 6.0.57.0. fault address 0x00f6cb4e.
I've updated the driver, but no change.
Should I remove & reinstall ecabs? If so, what files do I need to save to avoid losing existing jobs?

Patrick,
in Edit Wall view, select create rectangle from the drop down. In the Enter Start Point, enter horizontal dim, vertical dim & press enter. Repeat for end point.
