Downloaded latest version Nov 30 2019. I am unable to add drawer faces, boxes or doors to any cabinets. Tried to reinstall software update. Please advise.

Forget it. It would help if I looked at the type of cabinet. For some reason it was an upper that was placed on the floor. WOW!

When I click on the countertop editor icon it opens the editor and shows the construct counter, but no cabinet is shown. The window is blank.
This is only for new designs. If I call up an older design the cabinets show up in Countertop Editor.
At a loss.

I can change the image for a counter top, but when I try to reset the view to show the new image it doesn't change. I have closed ecabs and reopened which sometimes works for other problems. In this case nothing has changed. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this same issue with resetting the ...

Progressing nicely with V6 except I have run into a problem loading a fridge. I can load all other appliances ,but I can't load any type of fridge.

I am running 5.2 on an HP Pavilion dv6000 as it came from the box. AMD64 Athlon X2, NVIDIA graphics with Vista.
I had no problem installing ecabs and everthing seems to run fine.
