Set your insert item method to freestyle then you can put the cab where ever you want. Also in settings/preferences>define standard dimensions you can adjust your appliance to cabinet clearance. HTH

Fillers are still necessary Dan especially in frameless. you wouldn't put a cabinet up against a wall without one, just the baseboard clearance alone is one issue not to mention the perfectly straight wall to scribe to.

That depends on the type of cabinet or millwork Mark. A standard base BOD is more than a sink cab and so on. Width doesn't really matter, it's complexity that determines the price. An 18\" BOD is the same price as a 21\".

Oh Dan you big meanie, it's the filbert flange isn't meshing with the grapple grommet.

I think it would be nice in future builds to cost out the finishing by the sq. ft. as well as by the hour.

But for appearances that can be dealt with by merging two doors.
