So is anyone doing any projects on their rotary indexer?

Learning to read your post processor and make changes ,
is part of the Game when using vectric on your Thermwood
Since you will no longer be using Control Nesting to write code and run your machine

Does Any one have a rotary indexer, for a CS 45, for sale

I just, set a bucket under it, this time of year.
And I make sure the air filter, is seated properly in the channel.
that is how the dust gets in.
So you mite, have to give it a good, cleaning, asap

To me that is Rust from Vibration. That is why I use the rust remover, I do not have to scrub the surface so hard.
You wipe off the T-9 Boeshield completely, it dries very fast and I always clean, up inside, the Spindle, Every time,
I setup my Tools. Never, had an Issue with slipping.

Clint, That is why, someone probably, took them off.
It would suck, the way I load panels, pushing them on. from the end
As well as if, you were using a handling, board.
And when it come time to surface spoillboard
I almost never use pop up pins for same reason

I do not use the pins, to locate my jig. when I make the jig using a dxf file I locate a 1/2 inch hole in the inside corner of the jig and and when the machine goes to drill the hole I stop the machine and use the X/Y location of that hole for my G902 location

I don't do any, Cabinet work. I hate working in peoples, Kitchens and Bath Rooms.
I use E cabinets, to make boxes. for instance, when I make a Celebrants, Chair

I heard that once upon a time Moziak and Thermwood had a falling out
and the owner of Mozaik would not make a PP for their software to run on Thermwood
But who know that was 10 or 15 years ago call Moziak let me know how it shakes out

In my adventures with Fusion 360, I was told by Fusion Tech support,
That the owner of Autocad and Fusion 360, had a Thermwood in his garage at home.
as such they guaranteed, me the Post processor would be spot on.
I never got around to trying it out, as I switched to Aspire
