And for clarity for others, the issue is in the latest Beta 1.21.2. For me it is functioning within 1.0.21 and 1.0.20.

Re: Shopbot Link
Tim,
I'm reproducing what you see so I'll get it listed so we can correct it. Doing as Forrest suggests by using Batch Cabinets will allow it to write to nest correctly.

Re: Generating CNC file
Ah. Thank you very much. I guess I didn't look at the screen close enough. Just wondering, is there a reason for the separate CNC button, for a single cabinet, versus the other CNC button on the toolbar? The top toolbar is a "job" level toolbar. So that CNC button refers to generating CNC...

Re: holes missing from cabinets
At the risk of sounding like a smarta$$, check your boring bit tips. If the pattern is there and the code is right, then you should see your machine try to make the moves, too. Witness the program as it cuts. I've had a bad bit twist the tip right off. Sometimes, the simplest answer is one overlook...

Re: holes missing from cabinets
Chris, Can you send an export of your Control Nesting and the .twd you nested to create this code? I loaded your assembly into eCabinets and wrote to CNC without doing any material thickness changes. Loading into Control Nesting with a random export I had, nesting along X, filtering out only the Mel...

Re: Shopbot Link approaching almost 3.5 years since last update
One minor note with regards to pocket screws. You must set up your 3/8" and 5mm tools twice in the tooling dialog. The 3/8" tool should be set up for its normal operations, then once again with the Pocket Screw Rout box checked. The same goes for the 5mm tool, set up once for its regular o...

Re: Shopbot Link approaching almost 3.5 years since last update
It appears that Clint isn't getting my exports and I'm not certain why. At this point it appears that there are a few bugs that need to be fixed, one I ran into this am is that it seems to ignore nesting in the x and y. I clicked y and it nested x. I don't use tabs nor pocket holes so I didn't chec...

Re: Solid glass door
Don, You can create a door to the thickness you would like, then select it, click File, then Export Selection. This will export that part as an .hsf file. This file can be brought into the Display Part Editor, changed to transparent, and colors modified to make it look like tinted glass. Then saved ...

If you ask Thermwood they may be able to supply Thermwood owners in your area? Regards Neville In regards to to this post, we will not give out any company's information without their permission to do so. To eliminate the need for us to keep a list of business names around to give out, we created t...

Re: Exporting eCabinet files for other CNCs
ECabinets will only output a .twd file to be read by a Thermwood router, or a ShopBot with the purchased link.

Re: Bug in stretcher editor?
Definitely a glitch in the editor. Something to do with the order in which setting are changed. I took a previously designed cabinet, eliminated the partitions due to the reduced cabinet width ( and thus had to redo the fixed shelves), then added the fixed shelves back in. The phantom "stretch...

Re: Shopbot Link approaching almost 3.5 years since last update
Would it be possible to add the option 'No Drillings' similar to 'No Outline Cuts'? From time to time I've had to stop the machine mid sheet (broken bit, glitch etc), and in order to continue needed to run the entire sheet again. Where many of our parts have full line boring, and the drilling is do...

Re: Shopbot Link approaching almost 3.5 years since last update
Donald,
This is beta version available for anyone. We don't have a ShopBot here to test with so the new features and fixes haven't been fully proofed yet. The code looks correct, but we don't have any way to perform test cuts.
