Toe board and notch

Trying to get the toe board and notch to line up to the face. Back and forth. I'm missing something.

I don't use face frames, so I am probably missing the point, but just a thought bump if you are stuck.
The setting in the attached picture seems to adjust that.
Same thickness as shelf material. :|

In the Cabinet Editor/ Construction Settings, go to the Deck Tab
In the Deck Inset Settings-Bottom Inset. Use the formula - Bottom Rail Width - Deck Thickness
