Need some information

Post by Gary Puckett »

I am having a hard time creating a bead tool, I create the tool, saved the tool in my profile tool folder but when I try to use the tool it's not there.

I have created a tool before and it worked just fine. I must be doing something wrong and I can't figure it out.

Thanks
Gary

What are you doing, step-by-step?

What folder are you saving the tool in? Are you looking for the tool in the same folder?

Have you searched the hard drive for the file name of the tool?

Hi Dan,

1) Create a .500 bead tool making sure I am at X 0 Y 0

2) It ask for a dia. for the tool I tell it .500

3) I save the tool in " my profile tool folder"

When I go to my computer/Thermwood/ecabinets/my profile tool I see the saved tool and it has the ecabinet symbol in front of it.

When I try to use the tool the system will not show the tool and it closes. This is the only tool this happens to
