Here is a Kitchen that I just sold, unfortunately the wine/desk area has to be scaled back.

Hi Lee nice kitchen lay out I like the upper corner Cabinet the way it comes out. We just did it to my sons house. I have to go over and put the crown up. Now Stacy wants a inland.One of our helpers said what is
the blue tape for.We are putting in a drop down inland in the floor he said will be nice
Mike put lights on the top of the cabinets that looks good.
Now I have to made aonther rounded counter top for the inland. They are no fun.

I'm not surprised that these pictures helped to sell the job.
When you take the time to create a presentation like this for a customer, it shows not only your skill with creating a presentation, but that you will put the same care and attention to detail in the finished job. In the end, that is what really sells the job.
