CNC rental carving

Recently installed the program, when I hit the carving rental button I get an Unauthorized access, asking me to enter the reset code ????

Make sure you install the latest update first found HERE
Then enter in the RESET code that I have emailed you.
Let me know if you have any other problems. Thanks!
