I searched the forums, and did not find how to do pocket doors.
I am designing an entertainment center that will have two pocket doors enclosing a TV set. I would appreciate suggestions on best way to approach this.
Thanks!

Hi Al. There is not a specific function for setting up pocket doors but it can be done bearing certain requirements in mind depending on wether you are designing for production viz. running a Thermwood, or just creating a design for sales purposes. Firstly if you have shelving inside the cab you would need to set up 2 internal partitons close to the left and sight hand sides, I normaly leave about a 50mm gap for the gear and door. secondly you need the runners to be absolutely parallel to work properly so putting in the drilling patterns is a good idea. I just put slide out shelves into the small openings with a runner and appropriate hole pattern assigned. Then you put on the doors correcting the drilling pattern for the hinges and correcting the insets to get the doors to meet in the centre of the unit and to clear the top and the bottom of the case. If you cant follow this and need more help with a specific configuration let me know and I will mail you a cab.
