Gerald,
I needed to figure out how to do this just the other day and found the answer on this forum. I did a quick search and couldn't locate it again but here's the jist of it. It works for doors and drawers, I don't know about the other items you are asking for.
Take a standard base cab with a toe kick - delete everything but the door and the toe kick. In construction settings set the toe kick sizes to 0 and that it has no toe kick. Save the door - it thinks its a cab. You can now batch and resize as you wish.
Follow the same for drawers.
Hope this helps.

Gerald,
Here is the method Ray is talking about listed step by step by Scott Vaal.
As he says \"Follow these to the T\"
\"Follow these to the \"T\"
1.) Load the std base frame less.
2.) Delete all cabinet parts except the toe kick.
3.) Go to door/drawer editor: set the door you want default and then add it to the cabinet (do not change any door con-settings).
4.) Return to main.
5.) Go to con-settings -> toe kick tab: set the Height and Inset to zero, and un-check \"Has Toe\", select OK.
6.) Save this cabinet and then batch any size/Qty door of this style that you want.\"
