Are you running the latest version of Profile Modeler, Version 2.2.1 ? If not, go to the Thermwood website to down load the update file. I have downloaded your file and will take a look at it.

I have taken a look at this and I am having the same problems with the program shutting down. I am using the current version of PM, CN, and ecabs. If you would, send us the parasolid tool file (.x_t) along with profile tool file (.tol). And let us know how you created the geometry for the tool path. (Ex. Did you import a DXF file or did you draw the contour in Ecabs).
Note: Using splines will cause problems. If you are using a different software to create the splines (Autocad,Mastercam, ect.), you will need to convert the splines to arcs before importing them into ecabs.

running current CN, PM & Ecabs. The contour was created in Ecabs. This tool modelled perfectly on square panels, and will create a tool path for the centre panel which has the same arch top & bottom.
I will need you to either post or email me the x_t file or dxf file. However you created this shape I will need that. This will allow me to open and take a look at the shape.
This issue has evolved due to the fact that the tool has lines that meet at exactly the origin (zero {0}) when it was designed. This is not something we've encountered nor had issue with to this date. This will be added to the issue list for eCab and we will be sure to resolve this situation. However, there is an easy solution to this problem to enable you to produce parts. Simply move the geometry of this tool over by a very small amount (.005\") to get this line to line connection away from the origin. This will eliminate any issue when attempting to create G code at the cnc machine.
