I am starting to play around with the nesting function. When I build a cabinet or a complete job, it nest most of the parts and then pops up a screen saying these parts could not be nested.
Whats up with this, and am I doing something wrong? I am considering purchasing a router soon and trying to get familiar with more of the software functions.
Thanks for your help
Damon

Damon, you usually get this message when trying to nest a grained material that is not large enough in one or both directions to meet the called for part size. If feasible for your project, you might be able to get by with changing the grain orientation. I have a couple triple door wall cabinets with backs that are wider than 48\", I turn the backs so that the grain is horizontal and have yet to have a customer notice, of course this is in kitchen cabs with solid doors, probably would not recomend it in furntiure type cabinetry or even kitchen cabs with glass..HTH
