Blind dados on fixed shelf!

Is this possible, I see it as an option under construction settings but I can't seem to get them to appear.

Place the shelf, making sure the setting for joinery is selected as blind dado before you place the shelf.

You can also highlight a shelf already placed and change its joinery when it's highlighted.

You'll see the tenons and dados when you return to the main cab window and do an explosion.
