Keeping sizing with vgrooves the same

How could i apply V-Grooving to panels and shrink and expand them to always be in the same positioning and drop some lines off or add new ones in as i size??? is this possible???

You can use the Constraint Manager to maintain the position and size but you cannot add or remove from the part.
