Detail Room problem

When I am placing cabinets in the detail room I am running into a little problem. When I use the expand to fill I am getting a message saying that it is only possible for cabinets on the wall. I have my settings on align to back and it appears to be on the wall but something is going on that I have no clue about. Does anyone know what I can do here?

Does the cabinet show up when you go to see wall elevation? is so try to expand and fill from the elevation. Mark
