Need Ideas

Hi,

I need some ideas on this ladder that I made for my church last year. It is a Jacob's Ladder which is a Bible Story about Jacob dreaming about angels going back and forth to and from Heaven on a ladder. The Catholics believe that A Jacob's Ladder should be in Church and that pictures of loved ones that have passed away should be on it so that they can ascend in to Heaven. It's just a nice rememberance of family. Today, my priest called me and asked if I could add something to the ladder to hold more pictures, instead of them sitting on the floor. Following is a drawing of the ladder and a picture of the ladder.

Very nice, but I have to come up with add ons to the existing ladder,I have to have it done by Oct.31 the ladder goes up Nov.1

I think that will work, I might eliminate the notch out in the middle and make it one width and attach it to the back legs with shelf pins. Took a second look and the shelf pins won't work back legs flare back about 7-8 degrees I think.
