problems with CN 5.43

Installed 5.43 a few days ago and ran into a problem with pocket cuts. On SOME, not all, of the pockets, the cutter runs half the diameter of the cutter into the part when running the cleanup pass, resulting in a clean pocket, with a half circle cut into the material at one end of the pocket.

Also, after updating CN, I discovered that my tool group settings had all been deleted. All of my material-specific tool setups are now gone.

I have had to revert to a previous version in order to get pockets to consistently cut correctly.

Wow, this is going bad. I haven't nested anything with 5.43 yet. Only a couple of sheets with dovetail dbxs. I will revert to 5.41 tough. Don't want to risk it. Too many ppl found all different bugs.
