You can also take a cab, add doors to it, then uncheck all the parts leaving just the doors, save as Bar Panels or whatever, now you have a resizable panel that you can take into a room and place like a cabinet.HTH

Nah...I just remember things that have bitten me many times before.
Rick's method is the best solution for making resizable applied end panels. Bear in mind though that they cannot be associated to a cabinet so you will have to save as an assembly if you want to keep the cabinet with the applied end panel as a single unit and assemblies must have each component resized individually. Also, assemblies are always placed into a room on the floor so you will have to manually locate upper units.
What do you mean uncheck everything but the doors. I tried hiding parts and saving the doors, but when I select the saved door I get the complete cabinet back. I want to add a shaker panel to the side of a cabinet for a refrigerator.
Bob, you can also apply a panel-flat or raised(door) on to your cabinet after it has been placed in the room.
I always use a panel on all exposed ends, either flat or raised depending on budget. Doing it this way also allows you to set scribes. This is handy for us because we always oversize our aplied panels and then scribe them in to the wall, etc. This way we dont have a bunch of scribe mouldings that to me look like a mistake or poor craftsmanship.
I've been reading and working at this so long I've about pulled what little hair I have left out. I went to the room and tried to apply the panel to the side of the fridge cabinet but could not place it in the room. I tried to associate it to the wall but it still would not place. I also tried it in the cabinet editor, I can get the panel to show up but it is stuck to the front of the cabinet and will not move. I tried to associate it to the cabinet but associate will not appear in the drop box as an option after I right click. I double clicked the box and single clicked the panel, still won't work. I attached the cabinet, I need the side panel 103 tall, 27 wide and figured 1" thick. If I need a different thickness please let me know.
