The problem occures when the part is constructed out of lines and arcks. The router cuts into the part. Also, the pockets are cleaned up before they are routed out.
Hi Nemanja. The problem with the cutter cutting into the part is due to the fact that all points provided by the DXF are inside corners. This is why you are getting the warning stating an appropriate start point was not found. To resolve this you simply need to break one of your lines to provide a good start point. I have attached your DXF with this modification.
The clean up does appear to be cutting on 1 of your pockets before completion. I believe it is due to the pocket area causing more than 1 operation to perform the routing. We will get this resolved.
I was cutting counter tops with dog bones for fasteners. It's a 7/16" pocket and router firt cleaned up the povcked and than routed it. Similar to the pocket in the earlier part that is in the attachment.
