Controller freeze at version 6 image when loading

Please help us with the following issue:

When starting the controller it freeze after windows has started and the thermwood software is loading (version 6 image)

Then the PC is frozen, even CTRL+ALT+DEL does not work.

Following calls to your tech support
We have :

1- check green fuses, the 2.5A was burned and we replaced it, it is OK now
2- delete log file (plchist.thm, mclock.bin, mclog.bak)
3-re-install thermwood software on C: drive
4- check RAM chip (remove clean, reseat)
5- remove non-essential component on MB (modem, unplug keyboard and DVD drive and use standard external keyboard
6- checked voltages from PC power supply.

None of these worked.

Any other suggestions.
