LDE and Assembly numbers

Hello all its been awhile, but here goes. I am currently in the process of prepping a job for production. The problem I keep having is: I have 2 assemblies in the job room. When I "take custom layout" to LDE then highlight the room, and number everything, each time I do this the assemblies, either do not number at all or have the same numbers as other cabinets. My question is: Why cant the LDE numbers match the cut sheets from the machine? Examples: A1C1, A1C2, A1C3 and so on. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks again.
