Egg-n-Dart Molding install problems

Post by Jay Waters »

Am attempting to install the Conestoga Egg-n-Dart molding and the molding is not going all the way to the end of the cabinet and not mitering on the ends? Has anyone experienced this? I've tried to place it via Load item and also as the default selected molding and neither one works as it should.

Thanks,

Jay,

That looks like a bug in the software.

Thanks Kerry, that's what I was thinking. What would be the next step? Email Thermwood or...??

Have a great day!

Jay,

the best way to report something like this is to open eCabinets, Click on Communication at the top of the screen then choose Feedback. Fill out the form with your information and send it. This goes directly to the programmers.
