Ecabinet has expired

Sorry to use this forum but I tried to load the new V5.2 Build 5 and somthing got deleted so now all I get when I try to start the program is Version of Ecabinet has Expired
I need help to get back up and running agine. Could you contact me at lklloyd@comcast.net thanks Larry
