v5 cabinets messed up in v6

Post by Samuel v Mayer »

I am having an issue while bringing v5 drawer banks out in a new room layout. When I bring a regular drawer bank out to the room, my drawer parts end up about 10 feet away from the actual cabinet and my drawer fronts disappear? I have tried multiple different drawer banks with the same result. Do I need to go through my library and save all my cabinets in v6 cabinets folder??? Can't really think of anything that might cause this!

Samuel,

I am not sure what might be going on, but can you post a sample Version 5 box that is not importing correctly?

Any additional information would be helpful as well so that I can look deeper into this issue.

Thanks.

Hey Ryan, weird thing! I don't seem to be having any problems now. Maybe it was the room layout or the program didn't load entirely properly but all is working without a hitch now?

Samuel,

Great that it is working now. Not so great that we were unable to find an issue.

Should you be able to reproduce this, be sure to let us know how to do it so that we can get it fixed.

Thanks for your time.
