Appreciation to Thermwood

We recently were blessed with the opportunity to invest in Thermwood by purchasing a model CS 43. It was a long process as we researched the industry and concluded our search with Thermwood. I can say that we have no regrets. We have now had the machine for a month and a half and it has been a great learning experience. This is a great machine and I would recommend it highly.

The entire staff, that we worked with, went above and beyond and truly have solidified our decision to purchase this machine as the right one. Every question we have had, and every issue that has come up has been worked through diligently and in a timely fashion.

Thank you Thermwood for all your efforts. I look forward to furthering the relationship and look forward to purchasing additional machines in the future.

I will second that, had mine for 3 years,cant imagine a better group of guys to work with, and I have pulled off some DUMB stuff...............
I do everything I can to help them sell machines in appreciation...

I'll third that!

Ive had mine for 5 years and had nothing but wonderful dealings with the thermwood guys. I love that i can send an email b4 i leave work @ the end of the day and go to bed knowing that i'll get a responce to my problem when i go 2 work the next day. And because thermwood make ecab and the machines when it a ecab bug or machine bug they know how to fix it and do it quick. unlike other companys where da program people might blame the machine people and the other way round. U dont get that with thermwood.

And we become a part of the thermwood family too!

I have quite a few of the thermwood guys as facebook friends too!
