Hello, I have an issue with the hardware images. The hsf. image associated with the pulls is locked up with this one white knob. which shows up for every hardware Item image. I tried uninstalling all three hardware packages and running a registry sweep. and reinstalling and nothing. If anyone has any advice please let me know. It was working fine before I chose that white pull. I am reluctant to uninstall the whole program. but if that will fix it I will.
