Good Afternoon.
Things we get up to when board cutting gets boring. The first we try was a Malibu that the youngsters here use for life saving training. The second one a plug made out of MDF that they going to make a mold of to make surfs-ski's. All cut on a C40 machine. The surf-ski is made out of 6 parts, that we machine from 2 to 3 sides. Malibu gets only machine from top and then turn it around and then machine the bottom.

Very neat. All its needs is a outboard motor to get away from the South African sharks...
