Sheet Material at Odd Thickness
I have a Euro job calling for .75 Melamine. Actual thickness of material is .769. How should I approach the extra thickness? Should I build it into the joinery clearance, or should I create a sheet material with this thickness and work with that? Only problem there is that it create god-awful numbers to deal with for drawer front and doors in order to get the proper spacings.

Re: Sheet Material at Odd Thickness
Hi Darrell, your thickness really wont matter for your slab drawer fronts/doors.
If your cutting on a thermwood, just use your standard material thickness and then change the material thickness when writing your twd file.
