As I remember there was a block and shell chest in the foyer of the old Thermwood offices. Could someone snap a picture of that and post it? I am guessing that was done on a Thermwood router.

This picture is fine. I new the concave center shell was an inset carving but wanted to see if the convex shells were carved or applied on the top drawer. It looks like they were applied. That would be easier to do. I think I have found the appropriate molding profiles in the Thermwood moldings. No sense re-inventing the wheel.
Now I must find out if the 43 has enough Z clearance to cut the 2 7/8" thick drawer fronts.
