DXF File nest issue

Post by Daniel Bell »

Once I have successfully loaded this file and added the material I want to use. Control nesting wants to nest the part 90 degrees to what I am expecting. In other words, the length of the material is running along the y-axis instead of the X. This is problematic as the length of the part exceeds the table parameters. Im sure the dxf file has the piece oriented correctly. Any ideas on settings that may cause this?

Thanks,

Daniel in New Orleans

Daniel,

Has this been addressed yet?

If not, perhaps you can attach a copy of the DXF in question.

Ignore this... I did not see the second posting....
