Trouble viewing cabinet downloads

I must be doing something wrong. I downloaded the faceframe paint grade library. It downloaded fine but doesn't show up to be used. I can see the file under cabinets but it isn't available to use in the cabinet editor. Please help.

Greg,

Make sure that the cabinets installed using the proper path. It should be for XP operating system
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\Cabinets

and not in the C:\Program Files\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\cabinets

The second path is the old version 5 files

Thanks Kerry. I'm afraid I'm not the greatest in finding things on my computer. How do I find the correct path for my download? Or is there a way to take the download I have and redirect it to the proper path?
