concave wall library shelving

I have a chance to cut library shelving for a room with a concave wall. The radius is about 15'. Cabinets are 12" deep. The attached 2 minute drawing shows the basic idea. Is it possible to do this in eCabinets? I'd like to take advantage of the joinery possible in eCabs and cut it on the router. I thought about just using dxf drawings of each part but that would take a lot of time and result in a number of mistakes. Has anyone done this and be willing to offer some tips?

I wouldn't try to design it in ecabs, but I'd definitely use a cad program to get dimensions and then use part editor in ecabs, by either importing the .DXF's from the cad Program or just using the abilities of the part editor. Others here would be able to do it all through ecabs.

The parts can be done in eCabinets but I think the joinery would have to be drawn manually just like you would do in Cad. You only have to draw the joinery one time and it could then be applied to different parts.

Why not use an angled corner cabinet to get the joinery? I wonder if this would work...?

This cabinet can certainly be done with a corner cabinet but you will need to know most of the angles from a cad program first. After creating the archs your can use them in the part editor but you will need to know all the dims as well. Forrest

If I remember right, I actually have done it, but I can't find it in my library here...........Probably from years ago.
Don't have time to mock it up today but I am pretty sure it would work. I wonder who gave me the idea the first time I did it?

Thanks everybody for the replies. I don't do much design work any more, just cutting customer jobs. Dennis Englert suggested in an email that the angled cabinet should work but that the angled cabinet does not allow partitions. I may be able to get past that limitation.

You just have to figure out your deck and top using .dxf files for partition dadoes. I am knee deep into this reception desk now and will post pictures of the completed project next week. Many, many hours of eCabinets planning and cutting!
