Hi guys
Just trying to nest this Assembly, and keep getting this error message.
I have checked sheet size, Saw kerf, done vertical and horizontal nesting, removed part editor cuts from entire cabinets, I feel like I have missed something but cant think of what else to check.
I've had it happen recently before to another job but maybe it was from these seed cabinets.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
Mark

Re: Nest question
See if the material has grain on. If so turn it off. Also you might tell it to rotate the part 90 degrees in control nest. Forrest

Re: Nest question
If this is going to be a stained/clear pc then you might want to put 3 different backs on it so you have vertical grain in the center section. Other than that, no grain or horizontal grain should clear up the error as Forrest suggested.
