I am getting the message "Error 80090016 during CryptAcquireContext!" when I go to generate the CNC file. I had this problem last week too and the only way to cure it then was to delete the software, go into the registry and delete all traces of Thermwood and then re-install.
Is there a less tedious way to do this or is there something else wrong

Type in the exact error message that you did above into Google - this is what I tell everyone that asks me questions regarding error messages. The second entry that comes up might help you.
