build 8

Post by steve hall »

Hi
I have installed build 8 but when I open ecabinets I get a message saying hardware database failed to update properly.
I have run install again and selected repair but no luck.
If I send a twd file to the router the screen says invalid database getrows binding error probably caused by database mismatch.
Can anyone help me?

Steve,

1.) Please get me the following files from your PC that has the hardware database failing to update (you can zip them and attach here or send to cabinets@thermwood.com attn: Scott):
If you are using Window 7, the files I need and their locations are as follows:
C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\LocalStoreUpdater.log
C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\LocalStoreUpdater2.log
C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\localstore\LocalStore.mdb

If you are using Windows XP, the files I need and their locations are as follows:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\LocalStoreUpdater.log
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\LocalStoreUpdater2.log
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\localstore\LocalStore.mdb

2.) The get rows binding error is because the latest eCabinet Systems release requires that you update to the latest control nesting at your machine. If you are running an older version of the SuperControl software (aka: THM) that does not have profile modeler installed, then you will have to update to the V5.59 patch 2. Otherwise, just update to the very latest control nesting.
