Too Many Shelf Holes

Post by Nat Wheatley »

A number of the shelf holes are duplicated on this cabinet. Some of the drawer slide holes do fall on the shelf holes, which may or may not be contributing to the problem.

Nat,

Since you have basically a FULL LINEBORE on each gable, how were the shelf holes applied in the first place.

The holes were added with the top (purple) adjustable shelf.

When it was cutting the file for the front row of holes, it appeared to drill every other hole, then go back over that same area and drill a full row of holes.

Nat... again - how were the adjustable shelf holes applied/created? Did each shelf add a certain number of holes and you adjusted spacing between shelves? Or did you use just one shelf to apply all the holes and the others were added without related holes?

Or did you use some other method?

I think I have found the problem in the line boring code. I will have to verify it with scott and get it on the list to be fix. It seems that it is finding the 32mm line bore then going back and finding a 64mm line bore with the same holes, hence the extra drilling of every other hole.
