need help with item sizing!

Hi

I need help with resizing a butt hinge I have a :
DWG (I now this is different but it will still do all the same)
DXF
HSF
files of the same item but when i place the HSF version in to ecabs it is like 4 times the size of the cabinet and I have been trying to get it resized but I can not could someone try this for me so when it comes into ecabinets the size is 64 x 38 mm for me and also if it can be laid out as if it was fitted to a face frame side and in the closed poison.

is there a way of having it auto attached to the door and have the cut out for the butt hinge into a face frame?
