HOOPS error - can't open job file

Post by David Yurk »

OK, I could use some suggestions. Have a nearly completed job file that I'm scheduled to show the customer tomorrow. When I try to open the job file I get a HOOPS error message and get returned to the eCab home page. Things I have tried: computer restart, renamed job file, reinstalled v6.8 in repair mode, and updated graphics driver. No change. Other jobs open fine. Welcoming any suggestions before I make another pot of strong coffee. Thanks all.

Can't post job. Don't have broadband and the upload times out before it's done.

David,
Attach the file to an email and send to cabinets@thermwood.com. We can forward it to Rick if you can get the file to come across.

If you can not get this to go from your internet connection you might try the local library.
