Cutting right through Dado's???

So this is something new....Nothing changed on old same programs that have been running fine but last few days i've had a few drawer boxes where the machine actually does the dado with the 1/4 inch bit as usual and then as a last step for some reason cuts it straight through and off yet the Bottom has the exact same rabbet on it as it normally would to receive the proper cut side???? Any light would be awesome has anyone else had this???

Marco, can you post a control nesting export and the job file? Also the code file wouldn't hurt. You can zip them all together and post them here.
