Outdoor Kitchen

I would like to design a library for outdoor kitchens. My question is.Do any of you do this type of work? If so what types of material do you use? I was interested in the synthetic wood like is often used for decks. But I can't seem to find a source for this material in sheets I would like to use 4x8 sheets. Does any one know of a source in USA (east coast).We are located in North Carolina.
