Issue with lock dado with tenon thickness set to 100%

Post by Scott Marshburn »

The material thickness is 23/32
Toe Kick Settings:
Left: Lock dado with pocket screws
Right: Lock dado with pocket screws
Top: Pocket screws
Front Toe Construction Parameters
Dado settings:
Depth: 1/8
Depth Clearance: 1/40
Fit Clearance: 3/200
Blind Dado Tenon Settings:
Thickness(% of material): 100 tenon back side
Kd/Rta Settings:
Right Edge:
Bottom/Top inset 1" (Front)
Left Edge:
Bottom/Top inset 1" (Front)

Now nest in eCabinets The Front Toe Is showing a flip op on the left and right ends. There should be not be a Dado operation with Tenon Thickness set at 100%.
It does this at the machine also
I tried Setting the Fit clearances to 0 but no help.

Scott,

Thank you for reporting this. We actually have been made aware of this situation from another user as well (about a week or so ago) and it will be resolved in the next build. Funny thing is it has been that way since the beginning of lock dado construction and until now has not been reported. Nevertheless, it will be fixed. Thanks again.
